NOW FM Moree - Local Content Statement - Current From September 2013

The Australian Communications and Media Authority requires this station to outline our local content and local presence requirements for commercial radio. The following statement provides the locally produced and hosted

programming (between 5.00am and 8.00pm business days), in a simple and easy to read format.

Presenter Commercial Agreements

To ensure 2VM/NOWFM complies with the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000 we are obliged to disclose any commercial agreements 2VM/NOWFM Presenters may have.

Staff employed by 2VM/NOWFM (Moree Broadcasting and Development have NO commercial agreements in place.

Some programs on 2VM/NOWFM are relayed from the 2SM Supernetwork group of stations, these can include 2SM, 2HD, 2TM and Radio 97.

The Register of any agreements these presenters may have can be viewed by visiting the 2SM, 2HD, 2TM or Radio 97 websites.

Radio NOWFM operates the now983.com.au website, which provides the SERVICE.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the NOWFMwebsite.

Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all 2VM/NOWFM & Supernetwork contests.

2VM/NOWFM reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at anytime without notice.

Special Terms and Conditions may apply to a particular contest, at which time separate Terms and Conditions will be available for the contest involved.

No person may enter any contest more than once unless stated in Special Terms and Conditions.

All prizes must be collected within 2 months of winning. Unclaimed prizes thereafter will be placed back in the prize pool or made use of as 2VM/NOWFM sees fit.

2VM/NOWFM will not notify winners of remaining time, it is the sole responsibility of the winner to collect their prize.

All prizes must be claimed by the winner unless otherwise advised. Identification must be produced to claim a prize (examples include: drivers licence/passport/student cardwhich includes a photograph). At it's absolute discretion, 2VM/NOWFM may allow the winner to nominate a representative to collect a prize. Identification of both the winner and representative will be required.

2VM/NOWFM may elect to post a prize but no responsibility will be accepted by 2VM/NOWFM for the safe postal delivery of the prize.

If a winner chooses not to accept a prize then they forfeit all of that prize.

Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian when collecting their prize.

Upon request by 2VM/NOWFM a copy of these Terms and Conditions must be signed by any winner.

All prizes and vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable in any way and cannot be taken as cash.

2VM/NOWFM and its associated agents do not give any guarantees, warranties to prizes whatsoever and under no circumstances shall 2VM/NOWFM or associated agents be responsible for any damage, loss or consequential loss suffered by any party as a result of their use or misuse of a prize.

If the nominated prize is or becomes unavailable; 2VM/NOWFM, at it’s absolute discretion may substitute a replacement prize.

All competition entries and any material submitted in connection with any contest (written, audio, electronic or visual) become the property of 2VM/NOWFM. Entry into any contest deems consent to use prize winners names and photographs and audio for any promotional purposes.

Entries via the Internet are sent entirely at the risk of the entrant. 2VM/NOWFM is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines,

computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the website, the Internet or any other website, or any combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to any persons computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any material from nowfm.com.au/2vm.com.au or other sites associated with the radio station. it's sales or promotional activities or ventures.

2VM/NOWFM’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2VM/NOWFM reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions, withdraw any prize or cancel all or part of the promotion in its absolute discretion without notice subject to state regulation.

Persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter any contest where the prize consists of alcohol or vehicle or where special Terms and Conditions are enforced and state otherwise.

If 2VM/NOWFM fails to enforce any of these General Terms and Conditions in any instant no correspondence or claim will be entered into.

Parties are ineligible to enter any contest if:

They are discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name or an alias name in order to win prizes from 2VM/NOWFM.

They are an employee or a member of the immediate family of an employee of Broadcast Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 93 000 266 624) and/or a sponsor or affiliate with the contest.

Parties are ineligible to enter NOWFM’s ‘Trash for Cash’ & 2VM’s ‘What on Earth’ if they have won either competition in the past 6 months to date. Eg. A winner on January 2, 2020 will be ineligible to win either contest until July 2, 2020.

Parties are ineligible to enter other periodic contests if they have won a prize from 2VM/NOWFM or any other Broadcast Operations station in the past 3 months to date. Eg. A winner on January 2, 2020 will be ineligible to win a prize until April 2, 2020.
